.Input document entries strictly as per documents, training manuals or as per separate instructions received from team leader.
.Follow the customer documentation requirements specified in form of SOP (wherever specified and within the legal limits)
.Raise clarifications as per process defined.

.Checks Documentation Entries for accuracy of input
.Maintain high level of data quality at all times
.Constantly evaluate current work processes and suggest options to improve same.
.Update reporting system on real time basis.
.Escalation in the event of non-compliance- any issues maintaining high level of accuracy and productivity
.Achieve and exceed the productivity targets fixed time to time

Experience : 0 yrs.
Education : UG – B.Sc – Any Specialization, B.A – Any Specialization, English
PG – Other, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Graduates (BCA/B.E/BSC) with a minimum of 50% marks
2. Ability to communicate in English written & spoken
3. Good typing speed & accuracy .
4. Willingness to work in rotational shift.
