CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Candidates should possess BA degree in English, Technical Communications, or
 Journalism from a recognised university.
Minimum 0 – 2 years’ experience developing technical documentation for select enterprise 
software audiences.
Proficient technical writing skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work
 with global and culturally diverse departments and groups.
Should be professional, high energy, technical aptitude, flexible, and detail-oriented.
Recent experience working with an HTML authoring tool such as Dreamweaver.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Associate Information Developer is a writing member of the IDD team with responsibility 
for authoring and updating content for enterprise software products for platform and
 application software.
Contribute to the development of high-quality technical documentation by working with writers
 and engineers to scope, design, edit, and publish technical content for a project as directed
 by lead information developers and more-senior writers.
Interactively contribute to the documentation creation and maintenance process by installing 
and working with prototype applications.
Judge and balance work volume and quality, and promptly escalate issues to management as
 appropriate
Deliver documentation on time and with the highest quality attainable within the parameters of
 the project.
