· Identifying and Sourcing suitable candidates.
· Sourcing candidates using all recruitment tools for the given requirement.
· Screening and Shortlisting the resumes and submitting the same.
· Calling candidates and getting the basic information.
· Following process SOP.
· Co-ordinate for the interview set up and following with the candidates.
