Job Description:

Technical Support professional (NO Post Graduates).

Qualification: Any graduate (B.E/B.Tech/B.Com /B.Sc /BA/BBA/BCA).

Experience: 0-2 Years Fresher package will start from Rs.2,01,000 p.a. to Rs.2,23, 000 p.a.

Salary: 13K to 15K + monthly attractive incentives.

Job Profile:

- Handling inbound calls.
- Troubleshooting the issues of the customers.
- Support US customers.

Desired Profile:

- Good communication skills.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
