Job Description:

Responsible for giving Technical support to International customers over the Phone.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any Stream, Undergraduate are also welcome, Should be comfortable working in night.

Shifts i.e. 24x7x365 enviornment.

Job Responsibilities:

Should be able to Meet minimum login hours.
Meeting SLA on time.
Keeping AHT under control.
Attendance should be above 96%.
Should not take any unsched leave.

Skill Set:

Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability.
Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, Lexical Resource).
Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.
Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts.
Possess good organizational and time management skills.
Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers.
Exhibit strong teamwork.
Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills.
Attentive listener.
Ability to use common courtesies .
Confident while communicating.
Experience: Freshers are welcome.
1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage.
Relevant expereince of any industry would be taken into consideration.

Compensation:

· CTC is 1.64L during the training which will be 2-3 months.
· Post the training additional 15K to 37K will get added to CTC depending upon the project they gets deployed. 
· But this increased amount gets paid after 6 months accumulated. 
· So ideally first 6 months the salary will be 1.64L.
